THERMAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Mersen is recognized as an expert in the thermal and mechanical design heat exchangers. Through the use of specialized tools, such as ASPEN B-JAC, X-Designer, and in-house programs, Mersen optimizes exchanger components for specific temperatures and pressures.

HIGHLY SKILLED ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Mersen’s highly experienced engineering staff provides solutions that deliver higher yields, lower maintenance costs and longer product life. Our Engineering and Design Department has the capability to manage all aspects of new projects, as well as the refurbishment and upgrading of existing process equipment.

Our team utilizes the most up-to-date software tools to produce more than 450 mechanical designs each year, and to develop the calculations required by the design codes (ASME, EN 13445, CODAP, AD 2000 Merckblatt), or ANSYS for the specific Finite Element Analysis.
